Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for work already completed, or for funds already allocated to third-party vendor products or service contracts.

We may provide partial refunds for estimates on the work not yet completed, however we can not guarantee our ability to provide any deliverables or assets on unfinished projects.

Minor bugs and web errors are fixed free of charge if reported within the first 30 days. Large bugs are handled on a per-case basis, as they may require additional features or functionality. Bugs in third party software will be reported to the vendor, but there may be an extra charge for implementing a work-around for another vendor's product.
